Its that weird time of the year that you feel like you shouldn't be at work, and there's almost no point to starting anything until the beginning of the new year....
And that used to be me....don't bother starting the diet until the New Year or don't bother doing that until you've 100% planned it out over the weekend.
But not this time! There are 23 days until my birthday party and i plan on being on plan for at least 22 of them (NYE is pizza and pajama party)
I went to weigh in yesterday and i only managed to put a pound on....pretty good considering!
I would love to get another 10lbs off for my birthday party especially seen as i have ordered the size smaller in the playsuit i want, that's a 12/14 rather than a 14/16!!
The rest of this week is going to be on plan, even with all the nights out I've got coming up, Friday, Saturday, i'm looking at you!! Not as SP as i'd like. But over the weekend i'm going to get planning some tasty SP meals!!
If i can do 4 or 5 days out of the week SP and the rest on plan low syn, i think i could get 3lbs off a week!
I'm restricting myself to 10 syns a day, to try to help this come off for my birthday!
Its only just over 3 weeks of being a little restrictive, that hopefully will make me super happy for my birthday!
Once i'm closer to 11st i will see if i think 11st is my target or if i feel like i'll need to lose anymore.
