#Vgang - What does it mean to me

Whether you're vegan or not, you can't deny there's been a real shift in the world towards a vegan lifestyle. More and more companies are going cruelty free (yay!). So many supermarkets are labeling things as vegan to eat. And more of the world is trying to do its bit for the environment. Typically, there are 3 reasons a person might switch to a vegan lifestyle. The animals. Their health. Or the environment. There are some great documentaries in Netflix of all places. They articulate things in a much better way than I could. Before I became a vegan. I ate chicken with almost every meal unless their was some fish involved. I loved cheese. Chocolate was my addiction (still is, minus the dairy) and I didn't really think about any of my actions on the world. I thought recycling my cardboard was good enough. Now, I try to educate people to at least try to understand why I became vegan. I wouldn't say I'm a huge animal lover, the main reason ...

I messed up.....

So.....I've messed up! BIG style!! and i want to talk about it, i need to admit out-loud that this happens.....more than i care to admit. but maybe admitting it will help me! It was all going so well......until i devoured a tub of Ben & Jerry's (vegan obvs) a Nandos, a whole big bar of Bournville (i was supposed to be eating it square by square (1syn each!) a tub of houmous and a tube of pringles....ohh and a packet of cookies, and some bourbons, i threw half the packet away so i didn't eat the rest, so wasteful i know!!! I do not know why i binge like this, but this is exactly where my weight comes from. I tend to eat well, most of the time, but these binges take me over the edge..... then i find it hard to stop.... Today is the start of a brand new day. I AM TIRED!! like seriously tired, not sure why i think i slept ok. But i am going to stick to plan. Basics, free foods, fruit and some bournville.....not the whole packet this time! I'm so fru...
